To all groups based in Pucklechurch

21 February 2014

Dear all,

Pucklechurch Parish Council Grant Scheme

The parish council agreed at its meetings in August 2013 to make some funds available to be awarded as grants to groups that are based within Pucklechurch.  At this time there are two specific categories, young people groups and other groups.

In order to make the award of grants as equal and fair as possible the council has adopted a grant application form and process.  This can be found in by downloading the Grant Application Pack.pdf

There is one remaining deadline date which has been extended to 13 March 2014.  There is still a reasonable sum of money remaining to be allocated.

Decisions can then be made by council before the end of the financial year.

Because some groups provide services to both young people and adults the council agreed that groups can only apply for one category in this funding round.

If you have any queries, including about the eligibility of your proposal under the scheme or questions about the application form, please do not hesitate to contact me. Please note that I do work part time, see below.

Yours sincerely

Debra Duke

Clerk to Pucklechurch Parish Council
