The main documents are:

Design and Access Statement

    This contains the following information:

  • The developers views on the general area of the development
  • Analysis of the site including existing buildings, landscape and ecological assessment
  • The scheme design with reference items such as layout, parking, visual impact, security and sustainability
  • Details of community consultation
     

SITE PLAN EAST and SITE PLAN WEST show the Layout of the proposed development and the position of housing, parking etc

Three “STREETSCENE VIEWS” - These give selected 2D views of the development showing, in most cases front elevations. (Note click here for 3D images based on these and also photos of local projects using similar features)

Drainage Layouts - these show the proposed foul and surface water drainage connect to the existing systems in Pucklechurch.  They include the location of storage tanks that are proposed to hold storm water so it can be released into the existing system over time.  You may also be interested in the comments by SGC’s Community Services found under the description “DRAINAGE COMMENTS - 17/12/10” and also the comments of the Environment Agency (ENVIRONMENT AGENCY - 30/12/10) that raise a number of issues.
