Revel 2004 - AGM
AGM was held in the village hall on 29th September, 2004, with the main business being the election of the new officers and committee and distribution of funds. The 2004 Revel was, once again, an outstanding success with over £5000 being donated to village groups.
Election of officers and committee for Revel 2005
Cyndi Hill was elected as the new Chairperson, Mandi Smith remains as Vice-Chair, with George Hill as Treasurer and Christine Murphy as Secretary. Cyndi called for volunteers to join the Revel Committee and help organise next year’s Revel or contribute on a smaller scale by helping out for a specific event or activity. If you are interested, please contact one of the committee members or come to a committee meeting at the Star Inn (see calendar).
The committee also asked if any village group was interested in using the village hall on New Year’s Eve. This is currently reserved and the committee would need to know by the next meeting on 13th October.
