The Pucklechurch Parish Council
The Pucklechurch Parish Council consists of nine Councillors who are elected every four years, including a Chairman and Vice Chairman and a part-time clerk.
Meetings
Meetings of the Pucklechurch Parish Council are held in the Community Centre meeting room starting at 7.30pm on the first* and third Wednesday of each month. Dates are posted in the village calendar *an additional meeting was added in August 2012
Members of the public are encouraged to attend Parish Council meetings. There is an opportunity for members of the public to make submissions to the council. The council may ask questions for clarification but will not directly respond at the meeting. Should it be felt necessary the council will schedule an agenda item for a future meeting to address the topic. Where possible members of the public are asked to let the clerk know 24 hours in advance if they intend to speak
Annual Parish Meeting - next meeting 23rd May 2012 at 7pm in the Village Hall Meeting Room
Each year the Parish Council hold a meeting for individuals, organisations and groups to share and discuss ideas and information which they consider are important to the people of Pucklechurch Parish. The Parish Council will also present a summary of activities and plans. Read more here...

Community Plan
The first Community Plan for Pucklechurch, Shortwood, Parkfield & Lyde Green was adopted by the Parish Council in July 2010. Full reports and action plans of the four working groups (Environment, Community Spirit, Traffic & Transportation and Sustainability) were made available online at that time. The printed document of the summary and action plans was published and distributed to all households in April/May 2011. Click here to find out more.
