Safer & Stronger Community Group Meeting for Boyd Valley and Bitton areas
The Safer & Stronger Community Group have been meeting across the Boyd Valley and Bitton area for nearly two years. In that time local people plus representatives from local and voluntary organisations have brought a range of issues and concerns to the meetings for discussion. The meetings have also been a chance to meet representatives from statutory and voluntary organisations that play a key role in the community and learn more about their work.
If you have never been to one of the meetings then please feel free to come along and find out more. The meetings are held approximately four times a year and a wide range of issues are discussed, including crime & safety, traffic & transport, health issues, leisure & recreation, local economy, housing, community facilities and the local environment.
Everyone is welcome at the meetings so if you have local issues that you wish to raise, if you want to share your ideas, get involved in the group or if you just want to listen, then please come along to a meeting.
