Oaktree Avenue Development

Following the Council’s approval in principle to dispose of the site for housing and a GP surgery, a consultation event will be held in the Village Hall on Wednesday, 30th April from 4.00 to 7.00pm. Plans showing the outline proposals for both the housing and the surgery will be available. Members from the SGC enabling team, Sovereign Housing as well as a representative from the surgery will be present and there will be an opportunity to look at the outline plans for both elements and to discuss them with the architects.

I am looking after the project for the Council while Tim Borthwick is on sabbatical leave (he is due back in July). My colleagues Maureen Neal and Amanda Thomas will also be involved. The consultation will be held jointly by the Council, Sovereign Housing Association and the Three Shires Medical Practice.
